Complaints Procedure

We are committed to giving excellent customer care but we are aware that occasionally mistakes may happen.


If you feel we are not providing the level of service you expected we will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We are only able to deal with complaints in relation to this website.


If you have a problem with a policy that you have purchased through our site then please refer to the product provider who you purchased it from. They will address your issues in the same timely and effective manner.

We will always confirm to you that we have received your complaint within 5 working days. We will do our best to resolve the complaint within 4 weeks.


If you are not happy with our final response to your complaint , and if eight weeks have elapsed since your initial complaint was made to us, you have the right to have your complaint dealt with under the Financial Ombudsman Service. The Financial Ombudsman Service is an independent body that arbitrates on complaints about insurance products. They will only consider complaints after we have given you a written confirmation of our final decision.
