2.1 We provide a service by means of the Website which enables you to compare certain insurance services and products (the Products); we are not the provider of the Products. To purchase any of the Products, you must contact the provider of the Products (or their appointed representatives or intermediary as applicable) (the Product Provider).
2.2 The Website is offered as a free service to you and may be used for private non-commercial purposes only.
2.3 Use of the Website is intended for UK residents only.
2.4 To obtain a quotation through the Website you will need to provide us with certain information. You must ensure that the information provided is true and accurate, and that all relevant information is disclosed.
2.5 Before you complete any purchase of a Product, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information that you have provided is correct and it is therefore important that you check the information that you provide to ensure it is accurate and complete. 2.9 You must treat your web reference number as confidential and must not disclose it to a third party. You must inform us immediately of any breach of this obligation. We have the right to disable access if in our opinion you have failed to comply with this obligation.
2.10 In the event that you breach these terms, your permission to use the Website terminates immediately and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from the Website.

7 Complaints

We cannot handle any complaints that you may have in respect of a Product; these must be made directly to the relevant Product Provider.
7.2 We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 5 working days and will aim to resolve your complaint promptly.
7.3 Within 8 weeks of receipt of your complaint, we will send you a final response, or if we are unable to send a final response, we will send you a written response setting out why we are not in a position to send a final response and when we anticipate being able to do so.
7.4 A copy of our complaints handling procedure is available on request.
7.5 If we are not able to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service by writing to South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR, by telephone on 0845 080 1800 or via the website at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
