To purchase any of the Products, you must contact the provider of the Products (or their appointed representatives or intermediary as applicable) (the Product Provider).

7 Complaints

7.2 We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 5 working days and will aim to resolve your complaint promptly.
7.3 Within 8 weeks of receipt of your complaint, we will send you a final response, or if we are unable to send a final response, we will send you a written response setting out why we are not in a position to send a final response and when we anticipate being able to do so.
